Inquiry information
When you submit an inquiry, Carolina Vow Collective collects the information you enter, such as your name, contact details, event plans, preferences, and consent selections. We use it to review fit, respond, prevent spam, and keep a record of the conversation.
Independent photographer sharing
Ashley reviews suitable inquiries first. We do not share your inquiry unless you selected the optional sharing authorization. When authorized, sharing is limited to one vetted independent photographer at a time and only to information reasonably needed to consider an introduction.
Marketing
Marketing consent is separate, optional, and unchecked by default. Inquiry responses do not depend on marketing consent.
Systems and retention
The site records limited referral information, such as the page and campaign source that led to an inquiry. Contact and event details are encrypted in the primary intake store. Personal inquiry data is scheduled for irreversible purge after 90 days unless the inquiry becomes a booking or a documented legal hold or operational retention rule applies. Consent and limited audit records may remain after personal details are purged. Do not submit credentials, payment details, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information.
Your choices
You may submit an access, correction, or deletion request for inquiry information by emailing privacy@carolinavowcollective.com. We may ask for information needed to verify the request before acting. Some records may be retained when required by law, to protect rights, or to document consent.
Operator and updates
Carolina Vow Collective operates this website and inquiry service. The photographer identified in a signed service agreement is the provider of photography services and controls the service relationship described in that agreement. We may update this notice prospectively and will post a new effective date here.
