Before the first conversation
Does submitting an inquiry book Ashley?
No. Ashley reviews suitable inquiries first, but availability, timing, location, scope, and creative fit all matter. A date is not reserved until the named photographer accepts and the required agreement and payment are complete.
Who will photograph our event?
You will know before booking. If Ashley accepts, her quote and agreement identify her role. If she does not accept and you authorized sharing, you may review one vetted independent photographer’s identity, relevant work, quote, and contracting role before deciding.
Who contracts with and receives payment from us?
The photographer named in the agreement. During the current partnership phase, an introduced independent photographer contracts with and is paid directly by the customer.
Are the photographs on this website Ashley’s work?
Yes. The wedding portfolio shown here is credited to Ashley Riley. It is not presented as the work of a future partner. Any partner’s relevant portfolio is shown separately before a partner booking.
How are collections and quotes determined?
Quotes follow the actual plan: date, location, coverage length, guest count, travel, priorities, and any additional photographer needs. We are not publishing unapproved package prices or presenting an inquiry as a guaranteed quote.
Is Spanish-language support available?
Booking support is available with translation assistance. Important pricing, dates, consent, and contract terms receive human review. We do not promise that a photographer speaks Spanish unless that individual’s ability has been verified.
Do you photograph outside Charlotte?
Charlotte and the surrounding region are the starting point. Requests elsewhere in the Carolinas are reviewed individually for timing, travel, service fit, and photographer availability.
What should we include in an inquiry?
Share the date or date range, city or venue, event type, approximate guest count, coverage priorities, budget range, and what you want the photographs to feel like. You can leave details undecided and update them during the conversation.
